At Welaka Lodge & Resort, guests can relax and stay right in the heart of the river community. The property offers 10 unique cabin accommodations, each providing a cozy and comfortable place to unwind after a day on the water. In addition to the cabins, the lodge features numerous RV sites with full hookups, making it a great destination whether you’re arriving by car, camper, or boat. Guests can also enjoy the heated swimming pool and hot tub area, the perfect place to kick back, soak, and take in the laid-back Florida river lifestyle.

Welaka Lodge is also home to the well-known Boat Bar, a favorite gathering spot for locals and visitors alike. Open Thursday through Sunday, the Boat Bar offers a fun, relaxed atmosphere right along the river. Every weekend you can catch live music on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, making it the perfect place to enjoy great tunes, cold drinks, and good company after a day of exploring the St. Johns River.

Hey-Oh River Adventures is more than a cruise guide—its an opportunity to enjoy the healing beauty of the St. Johns river. Hi! We are Shane and Bobbie. Two crazy kids who ironically were both born in Iowa to finally end up meeting in the small river town of Welaka, Florida. Both of us have always felt a strong pull toward the joy and peace that nature brings- the sun, the water, and just the simple pleasure of life on the river. That love grew into a shared mission: helping others experience that same magic. And boom, Hey Oh River Adventures was born! We cant wait to share our energy, our love for the river, and the good vibes that make this place feel like home with everyone who comes aboard.
